- Field work continues when a connection is slow or absent. Schedules, tasks, stock, and notes must remain readable and writable on the device.
- Boundary
- Operational state begins locally; synchronization is a later path, not a prerequisite for recording work. The system does not assume continuous connectivity.
- Recovery
- After an interruption, local changes must retain their order and expose any divergence before replacing shared state.
